Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed but you will always be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free delivery for all UK orders. Delivery to the rest of the world is at a flat rate of £3.99. 

Estimated delivery times:

• UK Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days

• UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

• Europe Shipping: 3–5 business days 

• USA Shipping: 6-7 business days 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes of your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order and we will do our best to assist you.
